You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie banner/preferences tool. Blocking some cookies may impact site functionality.

6) How We Share Information

Service providers

We may share personal information with service providers who help us run the business, such as ecommerce hosting and site infrastructure, payment processing, shipping and logistics, customer support tools, marketing/analytics/advertising partners, and fraud prevention and security vendors.

Business partners

We may share information in limited situations with manufacturers or distributors for fitment confirmation, warranty handling, and drop-shipping fulfillment. We share only what is reasonably necessary.

Legal and compliance disclosures

We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or enforce agreements.

Business transfers

If Wolo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly to include certain advertising activities. See “Your Privacy Rights and Choices” below.

7) Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and support, maintain business records (for example tax and accounting), resolve disputes and enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the data type and purpose.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9) Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion (with certain exceptions), portability (in certain cases), objection or restriction (in certain cases), opt-out of certain advertising (for example targeted advertising), and the ability to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Marketing emails: You can opt out by using the “unsubscribe” link in our emails.

Marketing SMS (if used): You can opt out by replying STOP or following instructions provided.

Do Not Track: Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Our response may vary depending on applicable law and our systems.

Additional Notice for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA – if applicable)

California residents may have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and to limit the use/disclosure of sensitive personal information (if collected). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Submitting requests: Use the contact methods in the “Contact Us” section below. We may verify your identity before processing certain requests.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.

11) International Transfers

If we operate or use service providers in different countries, your information may be processed outside your state/province/country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates when changes were made. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email as required.

Wolo Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: [Month Day, Year]
Last Updated: [Month Day, Year]

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wolo’s website and services (the “Services”) and any purchase of products from Wolo.

By using the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Definitions

Wolo,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to Wolo. “You” refers to the customer, user, or visitor. “Products” refers to automotive parts and related items sold through the Services.

2) Eligibility and Account Registration

You represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3) Product Information, Fitment, and Compatibility

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and fitment guidance. However, some images may be illustrative and packaging or appearance may vary. Fitment depends on details (year/make/model/trim, engine, drivetrain, submodel, production date, options, etc.). If you provide a VIN or vehicle details, you represent they are accurate.

You are responsible for confirming compatibility before installation. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

4) Pricing, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are shown in [USD] unless stated otherwise. Prices, availability, and promotions may change at any time. Taxes, shipping, and handling charges may be added at checkout.

If a promotion code is offered, it has no cash value, may be subject to expiration and additional terms, and may not be combinable with other offers unless stated.

5) Orders, Payment, and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders in our discretion, including for suspected fraud, errors, or stock/fulfillment issues.

Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize us (and our providers) to charge your payment method for the order total, including applicable taxes, shipping, and any additional charges you authorize.

6) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (or upon delivery to you, if required by applicable law—choose one approach consistent with your jurisdiction and logistics).

If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, you agree to contact the carrier and us promptly so we can assist. Claims may be time-limited.

7) Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our return policy is available at: [link to Return Policy] and is incorporated into these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the Return Policy, returns may require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Items must typically be returned unused and in original packaging. Certain items may be non-returnable (for example electrical parts once installed, special order items, hazardous materials, opened fluids, clearance items), subject to applicable law. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Refund timing depends on inspection and payment method processing times.

8) Warranty and Manufacturer Policies

Some Products are covered by a manufacturer warranty; others may have no warranty beyond what is required by law. Warranty coverage may be voided by improper installation, misuse, modification, racing/off-road use (if not intended), or failure to follow instructions.

If applicable, warranty claims may require proof of purchase, photos, diagnostic reports, and return of the item.

9) Installation and Safety Disclaimer

Automotive parts installation can be dangerous and may require professional expertise. You are responsible for ensuring that installation is performed safely and correctly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We are not responsible for damages arising from improper installation, use, or maintenance.

10) Intellectual Property

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, product catalog structure, and site design, are owned by Wolo or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the Services except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

11) User Content (Reviews, Photos, Submissions)

If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Wolo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with our business (for example product listings and marketing), subject to applicable law.

You represent you have the rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

12) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services unlawfully or in a way that harms Wolo or others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks; interfere with the operation or security of the Services; scrape or harvest data without permission; or submit false, misleading, or infringing content.

13) Errors and Corrections

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing, shipping rates, availability, or descriptions) and may cancel affected orders if necessary. If we cancel an order after you are charged, we will issue a refund.

14) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Services or Products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolo’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Wolo for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolo from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

17) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or for security reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

18) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Province/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

19) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration (Optional)

Option A (No arbitration): Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in [venue], and you consent to jurisdiction there, subject to applicable law.

Option B (Arbitration clause): You and Wolo agree to resolve disputes by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and waive class actions, except where prohibited by law. (If you want arbitration, tailor this section to your jurisdiction.)

20) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms
